General Artwork Upload Guidelines

All users, including artists and students, are required to follow these guidelines when uploading artworks to their personal portfolios or public feed.

Rules:
  1. All submitted artworks must be original creations by the uploader. Plagiarism or copyright infringement is strictly prohibited.
  2. Uploaded files must be in accepted formats (JPG, PNG, or JPEG) and must not exceed the platform’s maximum file size limit (e.g., 10MB per file).
  3. Artworks containing explicit, violent, discriminatory, or offensive imagery will be immediately removed.
  4. AI-generated artworks are permitted only if properly credited and clearly labeled as such.
  5. Every artwork must include a proper title, category, and description before submission.
  6. Repetitive or spam uploads (e.g., identical images with minor edits) are not allowed.
  7. Artworks once deleted by the user or flagged by moderators cannot be recovered unless backed up prior to deletion.
  8. Uploaded artworks are automatically tagged under the creator’s user profile and remain their intellectual property, but the institution retains limited display rights for educational or promotional purposes.
  9. Users are encouraged to include creative process details (e.g., materials used or concept notes) to enhance artistic transparency.
  10. Administrators reserve the right to temporarily hide artworks pending content review.

Competition Submission Regulations

Artworks submitted to official competitions hosted through the platform are subject to additional institutional rules to ensure fairness and authenticity.

Rules:
  1. Each competition entry must be submitted before the official deadline and within the designated theme or category.
  2. Entries must be original works created specifically for the competition unless otherwise stated by the organizer.
  3. Multiple submissions per user may be allowed only if the competition rules explicitly permit it.
  4. Collaborations are allowed only if all contributing artists are properly credited within the submission.
  5. Artworks used in previous contests or publicly published elsewhere cannot be re-submitted unless the competition explicitly allows prior work.
  6. All artworks will undergo a content review and originality check by administrators before approval.
  7. Late submissions or incomplete entries (missing title, description, or file) will be automatically disqualified.
  8. Judges’ decisions are final and cannot be appealed once official results are posted.
  9. Any form of manipulation, fake voting, or mass-reporting of competitors will result in disqualification.
  10. Winning entries may be displayed publicly by the institution and credited to their respective artists for academic or promotional use.

Ethical and Legal Compliance

All users are expected to respect copyright laws, institutional values, and digital ethics when engaging with the platform.

Rules:
  1. Users must not upload works that violate intellectual property rights of others.
  2. Reference-based artworks must include clear credit to the source or model.
  3. Artworks promoting hate speech, discrimination, or illegal activity are strictly forbidden.
  4. All uploads are automatically scanned and moderated for compliance.
  5. Continuous violations may result in account suspension or permanent removal.

Administrative Enforcement

Administrators and competition moderators are responsible for enforcing these regulations across all uploads and contests.

Rules:
  1. Violating artworks are immediately flagged and reviewed by the moderation team.
  2. Artists will be notified of any violations and may be asked to revise or remove their work.
  3. Repeat violations may lead to content restrictions or suspension of upload privileges.
  4. Appeals can be made through the official support channel within seven (7) days of receiving a violation notice.
  5. Admins must document every moderation action for record-keeping and audit purposes.
